Our refurbished laptops, desktops, tablets, and accessories are tested and quality-checked before shipping. If you are not fully happy with your product, please review our refund and return guidelines below. 1. Eligibility for Return You may request a return under the following conditions: The product is defective, damaged, or not working on arrival. The product received is different from what was ordered. The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Products must be returned in: Original packaging All included accessories (charger, cable, etc.) The same physical condition as received 2. Non-Returnable Items Returns will not be accepted if: The issue is due to physical damage caused after delivery There are software problems caused by user installation The device was opened, tampered with, or repaired by an unauthorized person Accessories (mouse, keyboards, cables, etc.) unless they are defective on arrival 3.
